ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2-3+ years of aesthetic injecting experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about facial aesthetics, enjoys educating patients, and believes the best cosmetic results are subtle, personalized, and natural. As our aesthetic division continues to grow, there will be opportunities for expanded hours, increased responsibility, and long-term career growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations Develop personalized treatment plans Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and EZ Gel Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships Collaborate with our plastic surgery and clinical team Stay current on emerging injectable techniques and regenerative aesthetics Experience with aesthetic lasers and energy-based devices is a plus, but not required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New Jersey 2-3+ years of aesthetic injecting experience Strong foundation in neurotoxins and dermal fillers Experience with Sculptra®, EZ Gel, or regenerative aesthetic treatments is a plus Passion for delivering natural-looking results and building long-term patient relationships Excellent consultation, communication, and facial assessment skills Self-motivated with a desire to help grow an expanding aesthetics division Comfortable working with—or open to learning—our non-Allergan neurotoxin and dermal filler portfolio

WHAT WE OFFER

Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 3 days per week) Evening availability required at least 2 days per week, including Thursdays Practice is closed Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays in observance of the Sabbath Competitive hourly compensation starting at approximately $75/hour, based on experience Production-based commission and bonus opportunities Opportunity to help grow an expanding aesthetics division Collaborative plastic surgery environment Long-term growth opportunities
