About the Position We are looking for a professional, friendly, and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional skincare services, creating a welcoming client experience, and helping guests feel confident in their skin. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable participating in social media marketing and promotional activities to help grow our brand and clientele. Responsibilities Perform professional facial and skincare treatments Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services and products Provide waxing and other esthetic services within the scope of your license Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area Educate clients on skincare routines and proper product use Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits Create and/or assist with engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Take photos and short videos of services, products, promotions, and the spa environment, with appropriate client consent Help promote services, special offers, events, and new products through social media Engage with followers, respond to basic comments and messages, and help increase online engagement Assist with developing creative ideas for social media posts, Reels, Stories, and promotions Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image across social media platforms Encourage client reviews, referrals, and online engagement Follow all state licensing, sanitation, privacy, and safety requirements Maintain a professional and positive attitude Qualifications Active New Jersey Esthetician License required Previous experience in a spa, salon, skincare clinic, or similar setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Creative and comfortable appearing in or helping create social media content Professional appearance and positive attitude Passion for skincare, beauty, marketing, and client care Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Employee/service discounts Opportunities for professional growth Supportive and welcoming work environment Opportunities to build and grow your clientele Opportunity to develop experience in beauty, skincare, and social media marketing
