Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in aesthetic medicine and a proven track record of independently treating patients with neurotoxins and dermal fillers. The ideal candidate has experience managing their own patient caseload, conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, and delivering natural-looking outcomes. While previous PDO thread experience is not required, candidates must have a strong interest in advanced facial rejuvenation and be eager to learn and expand their skill set through our PDO thread training and mentorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments. Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy.
Independently perform injectable treatments including:
Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, etc.) Dermal fillers Biostimulators PRP/PRF treatments Other advanced aesthetic procedures within scope of practice Assist with and/or perform PDO thread procedures based on experience level and training. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare. Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional results and patient experience. Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation and treatment records. Collaborate with providers and clinical leadership on treatment planning and patient care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current on industry advancements. Required Qualifications Active New Jersey RN or NP license in good standing. Hands-on aesthetic injecting experience. Proven experience independently treating patients with neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment. Experience conducting consultations and converting consultations into treatment plans. Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury aesthetic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced injectable techniques and full-face facial balancing. Experience with biostimulators, PRP/PRF, and regenerative aesthetics. $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
