Victory Medical Institute is an integrative and regenerative medical practice providing advanced services in regenerative medicine, longevity, IV therapy, aesthetics, and supportive care for patients with complex health needs. Our patient community includes individuals focused on healthy aging and skin rejuvenation, as well as cancer survivors, veterans, and patients receiving pre- and post-procedure care. This is an opportunity for the right aesthetician to establish a meaningful presence within a growing medical practice—not simply fill a treatment room. You will have a dedicated clinical space, the support of an experienced medical team, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while helping shape the future of our aesthetics program. Services You May Provide Services will remain within the aesthetician's professional scope of practice and may include: Customized medical-grade facials Oncology-sensitive and barrier-supportive skin care Hydro-oxygen facial treatments Superficial chemical peels Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion LED light therapy Cosmetic microneedling within legally permitted aesthetic depth Pre- and post-procedure skin care Personalized home-care and medical-grade skincare recommendations Patient education and cosmetic treatment planning Laser treatments, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, PRP, injections, and other medical procedures are performed exclusively by appropriately licensed clinical professionals. You will never be asked to work outside your license or authorized scope of practice. Qualifications include:
Active New Jersey Skin Care Specialist/Aesthetician license in good standing Thorough understanding of sanitation, infection control, skin assessment, and professional treatment protocols Polished, luxury-level patient service and communication skills Genuine compassion for individuals navigating cancer treatment, recovery, aging, or sensitive skin concerns Ability to educate patients without making medical or therapeutic claims Comfort recommending appropriate skincare products and cosmetic treatment options Strong attention to documentation, consent, privacy, and professional boundaries Reliable, organized, self-directed, and entrepreneurial Willingness to participate in community outreach and ethical practice-building activities Comfort appearing in approved social media or educational content Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice, oncology-sensitive skincare setting, or other clinical environment is preferred but not required. Early-career candidates with strong technical ability, professionalism, and clear growth potential are encouraged to apply.
