Job Description

Role Overview The Medical Assistant is a key member of our clinical team, supporting daily operations to ensure treatments run smoothly, patients feel cared for, and the Lead PA's schedule is efficient and optimized. This role requires a blend of clinical competence, impeccable organization, and gracious hospitality. You will serve as a trusted extension of our clinical team and a warm, calming presence for our clients. Clinical Support Assist PAs with all clinical services, including but not limited to neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, lasers, PRP, microneedling, etc.
Prepare treatment rooms:
sterilize equipment, set up trays, maintain clinical readiness. Assist with patient intake, consents and photos as needed. Support pre- and post-care instructions with clarity and warmth. Document treatment notes and ensure accurate charting in EMR. Maintain inventory of clinical supplies; restock and flag shortages proactively. Draw patients' blood as needed. Patient Experience Welcome guests with best-in-class hospitality; anticipate needs before they arise. Ensure seamless room flow, minimizing wait times and maintaining a well-paced clinic environment. Communicate with kindness, professionalism, and an informed, educational approach at all times. Operational Excellence Uphold all safety, sterilization and experience standards. Support daily opening/closing procedures. Coordinate with the Operations and Front Desk teams to maintain clinic efficiency and quality control. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on technologies, protocols, and Brightwood standards. Qualifications Exceptional bedside manner; calm, warm, and polished communication style. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to move quickly, gracefully, and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Tech-savvy:
