Part-time, 2-3 days per week About Replenish Replenish Health & Wellness is a medical spa in Swedesboro, New Jersey. We were built on a simple idea: people deserve real results and honest care at a price that makes sense. Too many practices overcharge for treatments that underdeliver. We don't operate that way, and we're looking for someone who feels the same. This is a small, hands-on practice. You'll have real ownership of your clients and your treatment room — and real support behind you. The Role We're hiring an experienced licensed esthetician on a part-time basis, 2-3 days per week to start, with the possibility of every other Saturday. There's room to grow into more days as your book grows. What you'll do: Perform facials, skin treatments, and advanced modalities based on your training and licensure Consult with clients, assess skin, and build treatment plans that actually get results Educate clients on home care and recommend products that fit their skin — not just whatever's on the shelf Maintain accurate treatment records and photo documentation, as well as keep track products. Must be able to use social media it will be a requirement. Keep your room, tools, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready What We're Looking For Active New Jersey esthetician license (required) Hands-on experience in a med spa, dermatology, or clinical aesthetic setting — this is not an entry-level role An established clientele you're able to bring with you (Must Have) Genuine passion for the work. We want someone who cares how the client's skin looks in six weeks, not just how the appointment went today. Respect for the space and the team. experience with energy-based devices, chemical peels, or advanced resurfacing. Compensation Hourly or commission-based, depending on your existing book and what structure works best for you.
