Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in advanced esthetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and skin treatments using the latest techniques and equipment. Specialize in permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing to enhance clients' features with precision and artistry. Conduct tattooing and piercing safety regulations adherence to ensure client safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times. Apply aesthetic treatments utilizing knowledge of color theory, anatomy, and skin physiology to customize solutions for each client's unique needs. Manage client consultations by communicating effectively about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to ensure satisfaction. Maintain meticulous medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools by educating clients on their benefits and proper use. Uphold strict sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and infection control regulations to guarantee a safe environment for clients and staff. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Skilled in permanent makeup techniques including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, tattooing, and related procedures. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sanitation practices, infection control measures, and piercing safety standards. Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin health, and aesthetic principles. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare. Familiarity with EMR systems for record keeping; experience with sales is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
