Apply eyelash extensions and makeup applications to elevate clients' looks for special occasions or everyday wear. Manage client consultations by assessing skin types, discussing treatment options, and recommending suitable products or services. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and properly sterilizing equipment after each use. Utilize salon management software like Millennium and

for scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, and managing client records efficiently. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships. Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, cosmetics, hair extensions, and other beauty essentials to meet client needs. Stay current on industry trends such as hair styling techniques, tattooing procedures (if applicable), and new aesthetic innovations to provide cutting-edge treatments. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an esthetician or cosmetologist with expertise in facial treatments, waxing, threading, lash extensions, and makeup application. Certification or licensing in esthetician practices; additional training in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of skin care products, chemical peels, body waxing techniques, and laser treatments. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and customer service excellence. Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols. Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or
