The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while also confidently educating patients on treatment plans, packages, products, and additional services that can help them achieve their aesthetic goals. Previous laser hair removal and aesthetic device experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Perform approved laser hair removal and device-based aesthetic treatments in accordance with practice protocols, training requirements, and applicable scope-of-practice regulations Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient goals, set realistic expectations, and assist in creating personalized treatment plans Manage a high-volume treatment schedule while maintaining an exceptional patient experience Educate patients on treatment packages, complementary services, and medical-grade skincare Meet established performance and sales goals for services, packages, and retail products Identify opportunities to cross-recommend additional services that support patient goals Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space Collaborate with nurse providers, estheticians, and front desk associates to create a seamless patient experience Qualifications Current New Jersey Esthetician or Cosmetology License required Minimum 1 year of laser hair removal and/or aesthetic device experience preferred Previous medical spa or aesthetics experience strongly preferred Sales experience and confidence recommending services, packages, and products Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor Strong communication and consultation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working toward individual and team goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Saturday availability required Flexibility to work select evenings until 8:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate starting at $18.00/hour Commission & bonus opportunities Tips Employee discounts on services & products
