Duties Deliver a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet clients' individual needs. Perform body waxing services such as waxing and body waxing to ensure smooth results. Provide additional spa services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to enhance client satisfaction. Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations through engaging product demos and retail sales. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain procedures clearly, and ensure a positive experience. Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently to maximize service flow and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, or laser therapy. Knowledge of spa services including waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse clients. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment. Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while ensuring client comfort and safety. Sales skills for retail product demos and promoting additional services to grow your clientele.
