Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual conditions and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after their sessions. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices to enhance their overall health and well-being. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support occupational health initiatives and improve patient outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques to continually enhance skills and service offerings. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Dedication and attendance to the clients booked is a must. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential for effective patient assessment and treatment planning. Experience in pain management techniques and familiarity with occupational health practices is preferred. Previous experience in a spa setting is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
