We are seeking a skilled Advanced Aesthetician to join our team and deliver high-level aesthetic treatments using advanced medical-grade technology including Morpheus8, Soprano ICE Platinum, and Harmony XL Pro.

Responsibilities:

— Perform laser hair removal, RF microneedling (Morpheus8), IPL photofacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin consultations — Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on recommended protocols — Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure consent compliance — Contribute to the practice's social media presence through treatment-related content

Qualifications:

— Current Nevada Advanced Aesthetician license (required) — Bilingual English/Spanish (required) — Hands-on experience operating medical-grade laser and energy-based devices — Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and learn new systems with minimal supervision — Strong patient communication and consultation skills
