The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in skincare, cosmetic treatments, and client care, providing exceptional services in a luxurious spa or med spa environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, proficiency with spa software and equipment (body contouring and slimming machines, RF micro needling, laser treatments, HIFU ), and a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through innovative skincare solutions. A background in retail sales, social media management, and guest services is highly desirable to promote our brand and foster client loyalty. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, peels and body countouring. Manage client consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon management software such as Boulevard for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking. Engage in social media management to promote services, showcase before-and-after results, and attract new clients. Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their experience. Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, check-ins/outs, and payment processing. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining ethical standards. Stay updated on industry trends and med spa innovations. Skills Valid esthetician license with advanced certifications. Proven experience in management within a salon or med spa setting. Proficiency with salon software. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and skin care best practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes. Skilled in retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling premium products and services. Competence in handling diverse treatments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and hospitality excellence.
