About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering meaningful, professional treatments. At LOAM, we value calm energy, precision, and service excellence. This role goes beyond individual facials: as part of our Day Spa Packages, you will work closely with massage therapists and the wider spa team to deliver seamless, premium guest experiences. We are looking for someone who is truly dedicated, detail-oriented, and attentive to clients — with the intention to become an integral part of our brand. Key Responsibilities Perform customized facials and menu services including Facial treatments, Body Scrubs, and Mud Wrap treatments, using organic products and tools such as Microneedling, Ultrasound, LED therapy, and Gua Sha Work collaboratively with massage therapists and other team members during Day Spa Packages to create a smooth, connected guest journey Follow LOAM's signature protocols with consistency, while tailoring each session to individual skin needs Confidently conduct all facial steps: double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, serum infusion, facial massage, and appropriate masking Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized treatment room at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure comfort and deliver education on home care and product use Suggest appropriate add-on services or skincare products to support client results Contribute positively to LOAM's supportive, calm, and team-oriented spa culture What We Offer Competitive pay rate: $30-$50 per Session 100% tips directly to therapist Flexible scheduling Calm boutique setting - quality over volume Staff discounts on services & products Growth opportunities within a premium spa brand 1099 Independent Contractor agreement Professional uniform & branded apparel provided Required Qualifications Active Esthetician License in Nevada with at least 2 years of experience Prior experience with Eminence Organic products is highly preferred Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and high professionalism In-depth understanding of skincare, skin types, and facial treatment techniques Confident in performing cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masking, and facial massage Strong teamwork mindset; willing to collaborate with massage therapists on Day Spa Packages Calm, present, and service-minded, with a focus on high-quality client experience Available at least 2-3 days per week, including one weekend day Open to learning and following LOAM's signature facial protocols and service flow ⚠ Kindly note: This role is specifically for a Licensed Esthetician with a focus on Facial Treatments and Spa Packages . At this time, we are not seeking candidates who specialize only in waxing, lash extensions, or body contouring services.
