Teeth Whitening Specialist - Denver, CO We Whiten is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Teeth Whitening Specialist to join our Denver team! If you enjoy working with people, have a polished and professional presence, and want a role where you can help clients feel more confident while earning great money , this could be a great fit. No previous teeth whitening experience? That's okay. We provide comprehensive training to teach you our whitening process, products, equipment, and client experience standards. What You'll Do Provide professional teeth whitening services using We Whiten's equipment and protocols Welcome clients and create a comfortable, professional experience from start to finish Consult with clients about their whitening goals and recommend appropriate services and products Explain the whitening process and answer client questions Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area Document client information and treatment details accurately Educate clients on maintaining their results Recommend relevant products and services when appropriate Help generate repeat business through excellent customer service Work with the team to meet sales and performance goals Complete ongoing training on whitening services, products, and customer experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with clients Confident and professional in person Sales-minded and motivated by performance Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures consistently Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Comfortable recommending services and products to clients Available for an appointment-based schedule, including evenings and weekends Able to maintain a polished and professional appearance Previous experience in teeth whitening, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus — but not required. Training is provided. Compensation $14-$20 per hour + tips + product commission Your earning potential can increase through tips, product commissions, and strong sales performance.
