This exciting opportunity allows talented nail technicians to operate independently within a professional and welcoming environment. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while providing exceptional nail care services to a diverse clientele. Our studio emphasizes safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction, empowering you to grow your business and showcase your skills in a thriving community. Part time $400 a month (up to 3 days a week) Full time $500 a month what we offer, Table, chair for you, chair for client, lamp, and a locked cabinet Duties Manage your own booth rental, offering a full range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and nail care consultation. Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend treatments, and build lasting relationships through excellent customer service Upsell retail products related to nail care, skin care, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue Keep your workspace organized, sanitized, and compliant with disinfection procedures between appointments Stay current with industry trends such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and other beauty services as desired Experience Proven experience working in the beauty or cosmetology industry with a focus on nails; certification in cosmetology or related fields preferred Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation standards and disinfection procedures Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail care and recommended treatments Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is a plus Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or laser treatments is advantageous but not required Embrace this opportunity to elevate your career by renting your own booth in a dynamic salon setting.
