Aesthetician•Job Overview & Interview Invitation Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetician , where you will bring your passion for skincare and beauty to life by delivering exceptional treatments and personalized care. In this role, you'll help clients look and feel their best through a variety of advanced services, including laser treatments, dermabrasion, and assist the physician with aesthetic procedures. As part of our wellness-focused environment, you'll provide expert guidance, build strong client relationships, and promote premium skincare products. Your enthusiasm for beauty and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments with precision and professionalism, including laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application Educate clients on skincare routines Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning treatment areas Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized consultations and attentive care Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and progress notes Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as an aesthetician or skincare specialist in a professional setting Proficiency in laser treatments, dermabrasion, and use of aesthetic machines Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols in a spa or clinical environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively Experience with retail sales or product demonstrations is preferred Certification in cosmetology or aesthetics from an accredited program is required Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude Compensation & Schedule Hourly pay: $17•22 (non-negotiable above this range) Weekly schedule ( approximately 30 hours total ):
