Responsibilities Provide high-quality sugaring hair removal services (full body, including Female Brazilian & Male Brazilian) Deliver an excellent, memorable client experience Perform client consultations and ensure comfort throughout each service Maintain cleanliness and follow company safety & service protocols Build strong guest relationships with a focus on retention Meet and exceed individual service and retail goals Execute all services according to Sugaring NYC standards Qualifications Valid New York State Esthetician or Cosmetology License Experience with sugaring preferred — training provided Comfortable performing full-body sugaring, including Brazilian services (female & male) Positive, professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation $17.00 per hour Tips What We Offer Performance bonuses (client retention, product sales, revenue) Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Long-term growth opportunities
