Duties Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion to improve skin health and appearance Provide body waxing services such as full-body waxing and specialized techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction Administer massage therapy sessions focusing on relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness using various massage techniques Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance their treatment results and overall experience Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and deliver exceptional customer service Promote additional aesthetic treatments like makeup application or specialized skin therapies to support client goals Qualifications Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Esthetician with certification in massage therapy from an accredited program Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion Skilled in providing spa services including waxing, body waxing, and massage therapy with attention to client comfort and safety Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and products effectively Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or skincare setting Ability to build rapport with clients through excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
