The Licensed Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and promoting overall wellness. Responsibilities Deliver professional skincare treatments such as facials, body contouring, and other esthetic services in accordance with licensing standards. Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual needs. Perform body contouring procedures safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area following health and safety regulations. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results. Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training. Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation in compliance with privacy policies. Promote retail products and services to enhance client experience and business growth. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician is required. Prior experience in providing skincare treatments, including body contouring, is preferred. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and esthetic techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with clients.
