In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa and skincare services, help clients achieve their beauty goals, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and confidence. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives on providing personalized care and building lasting client relationships. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and massages to meet individual client needs Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, massage, and makeup application to enhance clients' appearance and confidence Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable skincare products and retail items through engaging product demos and consultations Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with Ohio State Board regulations Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations Support sales efforts by promoting retail products and encouraging repeat visits through personalized client communication Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law Proven experience in skincare, facials, body waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments Plus if you have a Cosmetology License and Can Also Do Nails Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Job motivation, reliability and drive is required. Ability to perform nail care, makeup application. Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean treatment environment Excellent communication skills for client consultation and product education Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and skincare innovations Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a difference!
