Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, and body waxing, with precision and care.. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results and satisfaction. Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) accurately for client appointments, treatment history, and consent forms. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area in compliance with sanitation standards and state regulations. Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skill set. Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services that align with client goals. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and body treatments. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport effectively.
