JOB SUMMARY

Crystal Gayle Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Gahanna, Ohio . We are a luxury, skincare-focused aesthetics center seeking someone with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering an elevated, personalized client experience. Our ideal candidate is warm, polished, calm, professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented , with a genuine passion for skincare and continued learning. Commission-only compensation. This position requires signing an employment agreement, including a non-compete and confidentiality provisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform customized facials, dermaplaning , chemical peels, brow lamination/wax/tint, lash lift/tint, waxing/sugaring, spray tans, and other aesthetic treatments Conduct personalized consultations and customize treatments to each client's needs and goals Educate clients on skincare and recommend/upsell appropriate professional products and services Create and share engaging, on-brand social media content that showcases treatments, results, skincare expertise, and the CGA client experience Actively engage with clients and prospective clients through social media to build relationships, encourage repeat visits, and drive appointment bookings Deliver a luxury, personalized, and highly attentive client experience Communicate with clients in a calm, polished, professional, and reassuring manner Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccably sanitary treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Continue education on skincare, treatments, products, and techniques Contribute to a professional, collaborative, and supportive team environment

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Esthetician License in the state of Ohio 2+ years of professional esthetics experience Must be willing to sign CGA's employment agreement, including reasonable non-compete and confidentiality provisions. Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments, including HydraFacial, Glo2Facial, and more Dermaplaning experience — required Maintains active social media presence Excellent communication and client service skills Calm, professional, and polished communication style Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

1st Round — In-Person Interview A behavioral interview about your experience, approach to client care, and interest in joining CGA. 2nd Round — Hands-On Interview Selected candidates will perform a treatment on Crystal to demonstrate their technical skills, communication, professionalism, and treatment approach .
