What You'll Do Front Desk and Client Experience:

Deliver an elevated experience from check-in through checkout Schedule appointments and help maintain productive provider schedules Answer calls, texts, and client inquiries professionally Educate clients about services, products, memberships, and packages Assist with retail sales, inventory, online orders, and daily operations Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming spa environment Open and close the spa as scheduled Support events, promotions, and team initiatives

Esthetician Responsibilities:

Perform facial treatments, waxing, and other services within your license and training Fill appointment openings and provide treatment-room coverage as needed Prepare and cleanse clients for advanced treatments Build relationships with clients and actively work to grow your clientele Recommend appropriate home care, services, and treatment plans Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms Follow all protocols, sanitation standards, and company policies Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For Current Ohio Esthetician license Open and flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays A genuine desire to establish a long-term career with Skin Perfect Dependable, punctual, consistent, and accountable Motivated to build and retain a clientele Professional, polished, and confident Proactive and able to work without constant supervision Receptive to direction, feedback, and coaching Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable recommending and selling products and services Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused Please understand that this is not a treatment-room-only position.
