Responsibilities Assist licensed professionals with a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser procedures while ensuring client safety and comfort. Support salon operations by managing client appointments using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, answering questions about treatments like eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, and nail care. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare products, makeup application techniques, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols across all treatment areas including sterilization of tools for procedures like hair threading, tattooing, dermabrasion, and chemical peels. Assist with social media management by creating engaging content that highlights our services such as esthetic laser treatments or deep tissue massages to attract new clients. Support guest services at the front desk by managing inquiries related to aesthetic treatments and scheduling follow-up appointments for clients interested in services like hair styling or scalp treatments. Qualifications Passionate about the beauty industry with prior experience working in salons or med spas preferred but not required. Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Knowledge of various aesthetic treatments including Botox administration, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and body waxing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients about services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or hair styling. Basic understanding of sanitation practices necessary for procedures like tattooing or dermabrasion to ensure client safety. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products related to skincare or cosmetics. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
