About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be friendly, results-driven, and confident in performing both traditional and advanced aesthetic treatments in a clinical environment. Responsibilities
- Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other skincare treatments per training and protocol.
- Educate clients on skincare regimens, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote retail skincare lines and treatment packages to meet sales goals.
- Document treatments accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance. Qualifications
- Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license in [State].
- 1-2 years of experience in spa or med spa settings (new grads encouraged).
- Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays. Compensation & Benefits
