Destiny Derma Spa - Westlake, Ohio Destiny Derma Spa, the premier spa in Westlake, Ohio, is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Esthetician/Permanent Makeup (PMU) Brow Artist to join our team on a 1099 commission basis. We are a high-end, luxury boutique spa known for providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clientele. Responsibilities:
Performing exceptional facial, sugaring, and beauty services Utilize your availability to reach out to your clientele Being open to marketing yourself in both fields Provide professional PMU services, specializing in brow artistry (microblading, powder brows, powder brows, ombré brows, etc.) Consult with clients to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction with their results Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workspace Keep up-to-date with the latest PMU techniques and trends Promote services and contribute to a positive spa environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Permanent Makeup Brow Artist Licensed and certified in PMU artistry Strong portfolio showcasing brow techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently under a 1099 contract 2 years Experience in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning is required. Must be willing to learn the sugaring hair removal process and be comfortable performing services on all body parts, including the Brazilian area. Openness to acquiring new techniques, participating in training sessions, and pursuing advanced certifications. Excellent knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments, with the ability to analyze individual client needs and provide personalized skincare recommendations. Experience with retail sales of skincare products, with the ability to recommend appropriate products and packages to clients based on needs. Prior experience with the Meevo scheduling system and Eminence Organics and IMAGE Skincare is a plus. Ability to book clients, checkout clients, and promote spa's specials, packages, and special events. Ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to established safety and sanitation procedures
