We are looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, growing a clientele, and building a long-term career in the beauty industry. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, confident in consultations and retail recommendations, and excited to grow with a supportive team environment. Compensation Training period for first 3 months Commission-only structure after training Bonuses and commission opportunities discussed during interview process Employee discounts on skincare products and treatments Advanced training and certification opportunities with owner Responsibilities Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Conduct professional client consultations and treatment planning Recommend homecare products and treatment packages based on client goals Build and maintain strong client relationships through rebooking and follow-up Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism Stay educated on products, ingredients, and industry trends Contribute to a positive, team-oriented spa environment Required Qualifications Active Ohio Esthetician License 2-5 years of esthetics experience preferred Existing clientele preferred and ability to bring some clientele is highly encouraged Strong consultation and retail sales skills Passion for client retention, rebooking, and results-driven skincare Professional, reliable, and motivated personality Comfortable working independently and building clientele Preferred Certifications & Experience Experience or certifications in: Dermaplaning Sugaring Exion/OxyGeneo Procell Microchanneling Chemical Peels Jet Plasma Hydrafacial Advanced Facials Product knowledge in Eminence Organic Skin Care and IMAGE Skincare Huge Bonus Qualifications Sugarista experience Sugaring certification with at least 1 year of hands-on experience Permanent Makeup experience Experience using Meevo Salon & Spa Software What We're Looking For We want someone who: Loves skincare and continuing education Wants to grow a loyal clientele Understands the importance of retail and treatment plan sales Is motivated to build income through performance and relationships Thrives in a luxury, results-focused spa environment To Apply Please send: Resume Certifications/licenses Social media or portfolio (if available) Brief introduction about your experience and career goals
