Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Duncan Aesthetic Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients through personalized services and expert advice. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and Hydrafacials. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Utilize EMR for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and retail sales techniques. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance client engagement. Provide excellent guest services by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in esthetics or related fields such as med spa experience or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
