Job Description

Esthetician / Wax & Brow Specialist The Revival Wax Studio â€" Eugene, OR About the Role The Revival Wax Studio is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, body-positive hair removal and brow and lash enhancements in a modern, welcoming environment. Whether you are looking to refine your technique or build a loyal client base, we provide comprehensive, hands-on training across all of our service protocols to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery:

Perform high-quality full body waxing (hard and soft wax), lash lifts, and brow laminations/tints following studio safety and technique protocols.

Future Service Expansion:

Opportunity to incorporate custom facial treatments as the service menu expands.

Sanitation & Facility Care:

Maintain strict infection control standards. Clean, sanitize, and disinfect treatment rooms, equipment, and shared areas between clients and at the end of shifts.

Retail & Aftercare:

Educate clients on proper pre- and post-care, recommend home-care regimens, and actively sell retail body and skin care products.

Inventory Management:

Assist with stock checks, restock treatment rooms, organize supply rooms, and notify management of low inventory levels.

Client Experience:

Provide top-tier, professional customer service from greeting to check-out, ensuring every client feels comfortable, valued, and respected.

Schedule & Records:

Maintain accurate client notes, track service history, and assist with managing appointment bookings as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Active Oregon Esthetician (in good standing). Strong interest or background in full body waxing, lash lifts, and brow styling. Reliable, punctual, and highly professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed physical service work.
