Keizer, Oregon | Part-Time | Training Beginning November FloraLuna Beauty Bar is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is excited to build their skills, work as part of a team, and grow into a confident, well-rounded esthetician. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than simply performing a limited menu of services.

SCHEDULE

Our current anticipated schedule is:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:

11 AM-7 PM Every other

Saturday:

10 AM-5 PM There is room in the schedule for flexibility for the right fit We are looking to have our new esthetician begin training in November .

COMPENSATION

$15.55/hour base pay 3-7% commission on services 10% commission on retail products Tips Additional pay available for bilingual estheticians Based on our actual payroll, our estheticians typically earn approximately: $20/hour during training $24-$30/hour after completing training Actual earnings vary based on bookings, services performed, retail sales, and tips.

SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Our estheticians provide a wide variety of services, including: Full-body waxing, including Brazilian waxing Relaxation and corrective facials Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Hydrodermabrasion Radio frequency High frequency LED treatments Advanced facials Chemical peels Microneedling Lash lifts and tints Brow lamination Brow mapping, shaping, and tinting Client skincare consultations and home-care recommendations posting to social media Brazilian waxing is one of our highest-demand services , so candidates must be comfortable performing intimate waxing services and working professionally with clients who are partially or fully undressed. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that keep a professional spa running smoothly, including: Answering phones and assisting clients with booking appointments Checking clients out Selling gift cards and retail products Maintaining accurate and professional client communication Cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, tools, and equipment Deep cleaning treatment rooms Completing laundry, including washing, drying, and folding Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We are willing to hire an esthetician who has limited experience if they demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn. If extensive training is needed, you will receive structured hands-on training and education in our service protocols and systems. Depending on your existing experience, training may include: Lash lift certification Brow lamination certification Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Hydrodermabrasion Advanced facial techniques Chemical peels Microneedling Waxing techniques Client skincare consultations Retail and home-care recommendations Once you have demonstrated proficiency with our foundational services, you will progress into advanced services such as chemical peels and microneedling . If an employee requires extensive training and FloraLuna invests significantly in their education and certification, they will be required to sign a training agreement with an 18-month commitment . The details of this agreement will be provided and reviewed before training begins. This is intended to be a growth opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and become a highly capable, well-rounded esthetician.
