• Full-Time Fresh Faces Rx | Portland & Lake Oswego, Oregon Fresh Faces Rx is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Oregon Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE) for a full-time position working at both our Portland and Lake Oswego locations, approximately 34 hours per week. Required Schedule This position has a set four-day schedule: Friday
• Portland Saturday
• Portland Sunday
• Portland Monday
• Lake Oswego Availability for all four scheduled days is required.

Saturday and Sunday availability is a requirement of this position. About Fresh Faces Rx Fresh Faces Rx is an award-winning medical aesthetics practice offering advanced aesthetic technologies, energy-based treatments, injectables, and professional skincare. Our CAEs work collaboratively with physicians, injectors, and other members of our clinical team to provide comprehensive treatment planning and a high-quality patient experience. We are looking for an established professional who is confident performing advanced treatments, educating patients, recommending appropriate treatment plans and skincare, and building long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic and energy-based treatments within Oregon CAE scope of practice Perform laser, body-contouring, corrective skincare, and other approved treatments Conduct aesthetic assessments and develop appropriate treatment recommendations Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre

• and post-care, and professional skincare Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages, memberships, and home-care products Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships Support patient retention and rebooking Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation Collaborate with physicians, injectors, and other clinical team members Participate in required meetings, training, and continuing education Meet established performance, production, and retail expectations Required Qualifications Current Oregon Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE) license Professional experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a comparable advanced aesthetics setting Experience performing advanced aesthetic and energy-based treatments Strong consultation, patient education, and communication skills Demonstrated sales experience and confidence discussing treatment recommendations and pricing Professional, dependable, organized, and team-oriented Available to work the required Friday-Monday schedule, including Saturday and Sunday Preferred Experience 2+ years of CAE experience Experience with Aerolase, IPL, RF microneedling, BTL, body-contouring technologies, or similar platforms Experience building and maintaining a patient base Experience with professional skincare, treatment packages, memberships, and comprehensive treatment planning Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Performance-based bonus structure with additional earning opportunities based on services, packages, skincare, and memberships Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Specific compensation and benefit eligibility details will be discussed during the interview process.
