Licensed Esthetician — Skin Logic Aesthetics $18-$24 per hour + tips + retail commission Part-Time | 3-4 Days Per Week Portland, Oregon About Skin Logic Aesthetics Skin Logic Aesthetics is an established boutique spa in Northwest Portland , specializing in personalized, results-driven skincare and an elevated client experience. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about skincare, confident in their skills, dependable, polished, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. This is a part-time position, approximately 3-4 days per week , with the opportunity for additional hours as business needs and scheduling allow. Our Treatments & Skincare We offer a curated selection of advanced and results-oriented treatments, including: Hydrafacials Microneedling Microcurrent treatments Dermaplaning Advanced facial massage techniques Customized acne treatments Lash lifts and tints Brow laminations Facial waxing Our professional skincare lines include: iS Clinical | Face Reality | Epicutis | Environ We believe in educating clients about their skin and making thoughtful, personalized product recommendations based on their individual needs and treatment goals. Experience with all of our specific modalities is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate who has a strong foundation in esthetics, a willingness to learn, and the professionalism and work ethic we value. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and professional skincare treatments Perform waxing services Conduct thorough client consultations and make personalized treatment recommendations Educate clients about their skin, treatments, and appropriate home-care routines Recommend and retail professional skincare products Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Provide a warm, polished, and professional experience from arrival through checkout Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment Follow all sanitation and safety protocols Assist with scheduling, client communication, checkout, and other light administrative duties Assist with opening and closing procedures, cleaning, restocking, and general studio upkeep Work independently while contributing positively to the Skin Logic Aesthetics team What We're Looking For Current Oregon Esthetician license in good standing Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, ingredients, and professional skincare products Experience performing facials and waxing Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable making treatment and product recommendations Comfortable with retail sales and earning product commission Dependable, punctual, responsible, and organized Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities professionally Open to continued education and learning new treatments and products Comfortable participating in and creating social media content (mandatory) Lash extension skills a plus What We Value in Our Team At Skin Logic Aesthetics, we believe exceptional client care starts with an exceptional team.
