Licensed Esthetician

Rooted in NW Portland for over 23 years, we have a strong community of local clients as well as people visiting Portland. We're looking for a highly skilled esthetician who is enthusiastic about holistic skincare and providing excellent care to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities  Provide relaxing and results driven facials using a variety of skin care products, techniques and modalities  Consult with clients on skincare needs, professional services and individualized skin care routines for homecare and maintenance.  Provide client education and knowledgeable product recommendations  Maintain a neat, organized, sanitized work space and treatment room, turning over your room between clients. 15-minute turn over between all treatments.  Follow established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.  Bring a positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.  Ability to build rapport with team mates and communicate effectively to management.  Enhances technical and product knowledge through continued trainings, courses, and education.  Attend department meetings and trainings. Qualifications  Proficient in esthetic techniques including, but not limited to: skin assessment, addressing skin concerns, product knowledge, performing facials customized to the client and consulting them on their skin care needs.  Candidate must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week including 1 weekend shift.  Candidate must be available on minor holidays. (We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day).  Current Oregon Esthetic License  Required 2 years' work experience as an esthetician in a spa setting If you are interested, please send a cover letter and resume.
