Duties Provide high-quality skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies to clients. Perform body waxing services including waxing and deep tissue massage to enhance client satisfaction. Conduct aesthetic procedures like makeup application and product demos to educate clients on skincare solutions. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment after each session. Engage with clients through effective communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products. Manage client appointments efficiently while promoting additional services and retail sales to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with health regulations and stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and product offerings. Experience Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetic laser treatments within a professional setting. Strong background in cosmetology with certifications in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapy preferred. Demonstrated expertise in waxing services—including body waxing—and deep tissue massage techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean treatment environment. Ability to perform product demos and upsell retail items confidently while delivering exceptional client care.
