Our ideal candidate is passionate about both spray tanning and skincare , enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a positive, fun, and professional team. At Reveal, we strive to make every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for while providing services that deliver great results.

Responsibilities include:

Performing professional spray tanning services while providing a comfortable, welcoming, and personalized client experience. Educating clients on spray tan preparation, aftercare, maintenance, and how to achieve their desired results. Building and maintaining a loyal spray tan clientele through excellent service, communication, and client retention. Performing professional esthetic services based on your training, experience, and Reveal's service protocols. Consulting with clients to obtain information about contraindications and evaluate the suitability of treatments. Advising clients on skincare, appropriate treatments, and home care routines. Welcoming clients warmly, accompanying them to and from treatment areas, and providing a friendly, professional experience from start to finish. Maintaining strong product and service knowledge and confidently recommending appropriate services and retail products. Adhering to all sanitation, chemical usage, cleaning, and equipment maintenance protocols. Maintaining treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and common areas to Reveal's standards. Maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Helping promote the spa through social media, special events, and other marketing opportunities. Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting with additional duties as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

You must possess a current Pennsylvania license in Esthetics or equivalent in order to begin employment. Position is available immediately. Genuine interest in spray tanning is a MUST. Spray tanning will be a significant part of this position. Ability to bring or build a clientele is a MUST. Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner. Strong time management skills needed. Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public and spa team members. Must possess a positive and personable attitude. Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends. Must maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times. Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered. Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others. Proficient in performing applicable treatments. Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
