What We're Looking For We're seeking a skincare professional who: Has experience providing an elevated, personalized client experience from consultation through follow-up Is confident conducting thorough consultations and identifying individual skincare needs and goals Takes ownership of building, maintaining, and growing a loyal clientele Creates customized treatment plans that encourage consistency and long-term results Educates clients on professional skincare and confidently recommends at-home products and routines Understands that homecare is an essential extension of professional treatments—not simply an add-on Is comfortable discussing future services, rebooking, enhancements, and retail recommendations Is goal-oriented and motivated by client retention, service growth, and retail performance Brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for skincare to every appointment Your Day-to-Day As a Licensed Esthetician & Skincare Specialist, you will: Deliver exceptional, customized skincare services in a professional and welcoming environment Provide detailed consultations and ongoing skincare assessments Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's concerns and goals Educate clients on their skin and explain the "why" behind your recommendations Recommend professional at-home skincare products that complement services and support results Consistently rebook clients and help them establish an ongoing skincare routine Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal, long-term clients Participate in continued education, product knowledge training, and advanced service training Contribute to individual and clinic service, retention, and retail goals Retail & Homecare Expectations We believe the best skincare results happen when professional treatments are supported by the right homecare routine. Because of this, retail education and product recommendations are an essential part of this position. Estheticians are expected to actively educate clients, make personalized product recommendations, and maintain the following minimum monthly retail sales expectations: 19 hours or less per week: Minimum $500 in retail sales per month 20+ hours per week: Minimum $1,000 in retail sales per month These expectations are designed to support strong client outcomes, professional growth, and a results-driven skincare culture.
