The Role We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who loves the work, values consistency, and wants to grow with a spa that's building something special. You'll deliver therapeutic massage experiences that feel personal and intentional, and you'll be part of every step of the client journey, from the first hello to rebooking their next visit. What You'll Do Perform massage services following our detailed protocols and time standards Complete thorough client consultations and intake before every service Rebook clients and build lasting relationships Handle the full client experience, including check-in and checkout, when working independently Keep your treatment room spotless and guest-ready Use our booking and team apps Participate in social media content when you're comfortable What You Bring Active Pennsylvania massage therapy license Current CPR certification 1+ years of professional massage experience Confidence working independently A coachable attitude and a genuine love for client care What We Offer Paid training and ongoing education A clear growth plan with performance-based raises Employee discount on services and products A beautiful, calm workspace and a supportive team
