Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic services including medical grade facials, dermabrasion, peels, micro channeling , eye lash extensions, eye brow tinting, waxing, laser hair removal and skin laser treatments. Conduct professional consultations to assess clients' skin types and recommend tailored treatments and skincare products. Perform advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments, micro channeling, laser hair removal. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon management software to ensure smooth scheduling and record-keeping. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, and the benefits of various treatments. Upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and personalized care. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Engage actively with social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and connect with clients online to boost visibility. Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing bookings, processing payments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Collaborate with team members in management roles to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. Keep up-to-date with industry trends. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in esthetic treatments including facials, Medical Grade facial, Medical Grade Skin Care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, tinting. Strong knowledge of salon software systems like Boulevard for scheduling and client management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and skincare routines. Demonstrated skills in social media management for marketing purposes. Ability to perform advanced procedures such as laser treatments Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products that complement treatment plans. Familiarity with deep tissue massage techniques or other body therapies is a plus.
