Job Description
Medical Aesthetician - Media, PA An exceptional opportunity awaits an accomplished Aesthetician to join the cosmetic division of our highly regarded Dermatology practice in Media, PA. Our aesthetic services are expanding, and this candidate will be instrumental in driving this growth. This new individual will be joining a distinguished team of leaders and seasoned aestheticians. Under the direction of our board-certified dermatologists, the aesthetician will perform laser treatments (Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Skin Rejuvenation, Scar Reduction, Laser Resurfacing) as well as micro-needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial, and chemical peels. Patient consultation and treatment planning are a central part of this role. The candidate will evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans and skincare regimens, and educate patients on services and products. The candidate will also collaborate with practice leadership to grow the cosmetic side of the practice through marketing and process improvement. Qualifications Current PA Aesthetician or Cosmetology License At least two years of experience in MEDICAL aesthetics or a med spa Demonstrated experience in patient consultation and treatment planning A proven track record of converting and retaining cosmetic patients Skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills A bright, engaging personality and a high level of self-motivation Sales and product retail experience Strong computer skills Commitment to patient safety and current laws and guidelines Compensation This position is primarily commission-based, with earnings tied directly to services performed and product sales.
