We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Esthetician Assistant to support our team with treatment preparation, spa organization, laundry, inventory, retail fulfillment, and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves skincare and the beauty industry and wants to gain experience working behind the scenes of a growing luxury spa. This is an assistant/operations position and does not involve performing esthetic services on clients. Responsibilities Treatment Room Support Prepare treatment rooms before appointments Prepare hot towels and treatment supplies Set up facial beds, carts, bowls, linens, and other supplies Reset and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments Restock treatment rooms and backbar supplies Help ensure each room is fully prepared for the next guest Laundry & Cleaning Wash, dry, fold, and organize spa laundry Maintain clean and organized towel and linen storage Clean and sanitize treatment rooms and high-touch areas Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, bathroom, storage areas, and other spa spaces Take out trash and assist with general spa upkeep Retail & Inventory Pack and ship online retail orders Print shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment Count and organize retail inventory Receive and put away inventory shipments Restock retail displays Monitor supplies and communicate when products or operational supplies need to be replenished Maintain organized inventory and storage areas General Spa Operations Assist with opening and closing tasks Keep the spa organized, stocked, and guest-ready Help the team anticipate operational needs throughout the day Assist with miscellaneous administrative and organizational tasks as needed Front Desk & Guest Experience Support Provide front desk coverage during peak hours and staff breaks Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and polished manner Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic guest questions Assist with appointment check-in and check-out Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and elevated reception area Assist with retail purchases and packaging when needed Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team member Help keep the front desk and lobby running smoothly during busy periods
Important:
This role will not be responsible for managing the spa's booking system, handling complex scheduling issues, or making treatment recommendations unless specifically trained and assigned to do so. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Proactive and able to notice what needs to be done without constant direction Comfortable with cleaning, laundry, stocking, and repetitive operational tasks Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and luxury hospitality Professional and polished Comfortable working independently Able to move efficiently in a busy spa environment Respectful of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization A team player who takes pride in their work A licensed esthetician or current esthetics student is preferred. Experience in a spa, salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or similar environment is also a plus. What We Value We care deeply about the details that make a luxury experience feel effortless.
