We're on the hunt for a people-loving , sales-driven , and self-aware Esthetician who can perform treatments and support our clients getting the best results possible with our non-invasive body and face aesthetic treatments! If you have real sales skills, spa or med-spa experience, and you're obsessed with creating next-level client experiences — this is your role!
THE ROLE
$27-32/hr base + 10% commission on package sales Deliver Cryoskin, EMS and Tshape2 body & facial treatments (we train + certify you) Educate, guide, and wow every client with your energy + service Track client progress, manage appointments, documentation AND treatment rooms Help with driving location success Handle office tasks smoothly and proactively while maintaining a professional environment. ✅
WHAT YOU BRING
3-5+ years of sales experience — spa, medical, or wellness is a huge plus Esthetician License with 3-5 minimum years of experience You're confident , people-focused, and know how to close and handle clients Self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and naturally upbeat You've got a "figure it out" mindset, not a "wait to be told" one! You love helping people look and feel their best You can work at least 30 hours/week You're reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to hustle
