The ideal candidate will possess strong service skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As the main laser hair removal specialist and laser technician you will be responsible for ensuring safety, results, and a positive experience for our patients while managing a clean working space in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Learning from our owner and lead clinical trainer Set up, performing consultations /laser treatments for patients, and clean up. Educating patients and marketing services to complete a treatment plan. Collaborating with teammates for social media marketing. Documenting soap notes in EMR system. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Experience Previous experience in a medical spa setting is preferred. 1 year work experience as Esthetician Ability to guide and inform patients through pre/post care protocols. Experience recommending skincare products to support and maintain results. Ability to effectively maintain scheduled appointments and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Experience in customer service roles, particularly within similar service environments, is beneficial.
