Must have flexible Daytime, Evening & Weekend Availability •Must be available for 3- 5days paid training About Us At Hello Sugar Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon, we specialize in full-body waxing and sugaring for men and women, with a strong focus on Brazilians. Our salon offers a welcoming, high-vibe space for clients and team members alike. Who We're Looking For MUST have West Chester (bonus points if you also have Bryn Mawr) salon availability and be a state-licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in the corresponding state. MUST be fully available for 3-5 days of paid training dates to be announced. We're hiring licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists who are equal parts SERVICE expert and SALES professional . You'll be trained (training is 5 days and 100% paid) in our signature waxing and sugaring techniques, but your success will also depend on your ability to build your client book and promote our membership program . This is a growth-focused role — for both your skills and your income. Responsibilities Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services for men and women, with expertise in Brazilians Provide an exceptional, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest Educate clients on pre/post-care and suggest relevant products and services Actively promote and sell our membership program to build your client base Hit sales goals and earn commission for membership signups and product sales Follow all sanitation and safety protocols consistently Provide skin and brow consultations Maintain a clean and organized treatment space Support and collaborate with your team in creating a positive studio culture Complete 5 days of paid training Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License Strong sales acumen and comfort with promoting services and memberships Professional, warm, and engaging personality — someone clients trust and enjoy A self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to grow Skilled in client communication, especially for intimate services Background in waxing or skincare is encouraged Sugaring experience is a plus — but not required (we train!)
