The Esthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional, results-driven skincare services while creating a safe, relaxing, and elevated experience for every member. This role serves as a clinical and service leader within the spa and wellness department, ensuring the highest standards in technique, professionalism, sanitation, and member satisfaction. Estheticians will maintain Dermalogica certification and remain open to utilizing additional professional skincare lines that align with Oxford Athletic Club's wellness philosophy

Essential Responsibilities Member Experience & Service Excellence Deliver customized facials and advanced skincare treatments tailored to each member's needs and goals. Create a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment that promotes relaxation and trust. Educate members on skincare routines, homecare products, and wellness practices. Build long-term relationships through consistent, personalized service. Maintain a "Member First" mindset in every interaction. Clinical & Technical Leadership Perform all esthetic services in compliance with state regulations, safety protocols, and club standards. Lead by example in treatment quality, consultation, and professionalism. Maintain Dermalogica certification and pursue ongoing education in skincare trends and technologies. Support the introduction and proper use of additional professional product lines. Ensure consistency in treatment protocols and service delivery. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support junior estheticians. Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Provide coaching and feedback to elevate overall service quality. Schedule team trainings for check-ins on a quarterly basis Operations & Compliance Maintain impeccable sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, clean, and properly prepared. Monitor inventory and assist with product ordering. Accurately document client consultations and treatment plans. Support scheduling, service flow, and operational efficiency. Retail & Revenue Support Recommend appropriate skincare products to support treatment results. Educate members on product benefits and proper usage. Contribute to spa revenue through ethical, service-focused retail practices. Support promotional programs and wellness initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Esthetician License (State of Pennsylvania or applicable state). Current Dermalogica Certification (required). Willingness to train on and utilize additional professional skincare brands. Minimum 3-5 years of professional esthetics experience (leadership preferred). Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, equipment, and protocols. CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain). Skills & Competencies Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
