Responsibilities Perform professional body waxing services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Perform facial treatments and other esthetic services (experience with additional services is a plus). Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products that meet their needs. Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding customer service. Maintain treatment rooms and common areas in a clean, sanitized, and organized condition at all times. Follow all sanitation, infection control, and South Carolina licensing regulations. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help keep the spa stocked, organized, and running efficiently. Support teammates whenever needed and contribute to daily operational tasks. Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Current South Carolina Licensed Esthetician license. Body waxing experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support coworkers. Comfortable assisting with cleaning and maintaining a spotless workplace.
