Experienced Part-Time Aesthetic Injector About Us We are a growing, patient-focused aesthetics spa looking for an experienced Part-Time Aesthetic Injector to join our team. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through personalized, natural-looking aesthetic treatments and exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for aesthetics, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with patients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced injector who values quality, education, artistry, and a warm, personalized patient experience. The Position We are seeking an experienced aesthetic injector to provide safe, thoughtful, and personalized injectable treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Flexible scheduling and part-time hours are available. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, has a strong eye for facial aesthetics, and understands that successful aesthetics is about more than performing a treatment—it is about listening to the patient, understanding their goals, and creating an individualized treatment plan. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an aesthetic injector Current and appropriate professional licensure required for the position and scope of practice Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injectable treatments Excellent understanding of patient safety, contraindications, informed consent, and treatment protocols Ability to assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans Strong attention to detail and an eye for natural, balanced results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, personable, and confident bedside manner Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience Comfortable educating patients about treatments, skincare, and appropriate at-home care Ability to maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation Willingness to continue learning and stay current with aesthetic trends, techniques, and education Experience with Cutera laser/aesthetic devices is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice Conduct thorough patient consultations and treatment assessments Create personalized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and anatomy Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout every treatment Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Follow all required safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment guidance and follow-up Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and contribute to patient retention Maintain a professional and welcoming environment Collaborate with the spa team to provide a consistent and elevated patient experience Stay current with new techniques, products, technologies, and industry trends Participate in ongoing education and training as appropriate Social Media & Brand Presence We would love for our injector to be comfortable being part of our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be willing to help create engaging content, such as educational videos, treatment information, behind-the-scenes content, and other social media material. You do not need to be a professional content creator, but you should feel comfortable appearing on camera, discussing aesthetic treatments, and helping showcase your work and personality in an authentic and professional way.
