Cryo & Wellness Provider - Sarani Wellness Sarani Wellness is looking for a warm, confident, and personable Cryo & Wellness Provider who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. We are seeking someone who can create meaningful connections with clients, provide exceptional treatments, educate with confidence, and guide clients toward the best wellness solutions for their goals.

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, outgoing, and professional Comfortable speaking with clients about wellness, aesthetics, body contouring, and anti-aging treatments Confident in recommending packages and memberships without sounding pushy STRONG sales background A natural relationship-builder who genuinely cares about people Self-motivated, polished, and dependable Passionate about health, beauty, wellness, weight mgmt and client transformation

Responsibilities Include:

Performing non-invasive wellness and aesthetic treatments including CryoSkin, body contouring, toning, facials, and wellness services Educating clients on treatment benefits, expectations, and long-term results Recommending treatment plans and packages that align with client goals Providing exceptional customer care and creating a luxury client experience Maintaining treatment rooms, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times Following up with clients and helping them stay consistent with their wellness journey

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Sales confidence with a heart for service Ability to make clients feel comfortable, seen, and encouraged Interest in aesthetics, wellness, weight loss, anti-aging, and holistic health Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, or customer service is a plus (but willing to train the right person) Must be coachable and a fast learner.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience (Part time to begin with and will go in FT as soon as the provider is fully trained). Pay Increase when 90 Day Probation period has been fulfilled and the provider is fully trained (conducting all duties independently).
