Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy or esthetic services tailored to each client's needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that address pain management and overall wellness goals. Maintain detailed records of patient progress, treatment notes, and physiological responses using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and fostering strong client relationships. Adhere to occupational health standards and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe workspace for clients and staff. Stay informed about the latest trends in med spa treatments and incorporate best practices into your services. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client outcomes and promote holistic health approaches. Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a massage therapist, esthetician, or related wellness professional. Experience with patient service, assessment, and treatment planning within a medical spa or similar setting preferred. Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with occupational health standards and maintaining hygiene protocols in a clinical environment.
