What You'll Do:

Operate powder coating equipment, curing ovens, and related tools safely and efficiently Prepare, blast, and powder coat products such as bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, etc. to meet quality and production standards Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance Support team production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area What We're Looking for: High School Diploma or GED 6+ months as a powder coating technician and/or general manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly, willingness to team lift, work in varying temperatures Excellent attention to detail and quality minded Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic WIFM (What's in it for Me?) 3 WEEKS of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 additional company paid holidays 50% off employee discounts for Fab Fours, Warn Industries, Fabtech Motorsports, and Factor55 401K company matching to build your future and help you confidently retire Competitive Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family 100%
